Overview
This course aims to provide practitioners with up-to-date adult learning techniques and methodologies that concentrate on the learner and on the proper facilitation of knowledge and experience exchange and sharing. During this course participants will explore how adults learn and take a systematic approach to delivering training sessions that meet participants’ needs as it gives them the access to practical tools, strategies, and techniques that make training dynamic, engaging, and effective. They will also learn how to optimize their training environment and training programs to achieve outstanding learning results.
Training of Trainers’ (ToT) programs offered at GLA would provide opportunities for a trainer or potential trainer, training coordinators and training professionals to develop their core competencies in training design, delivery and training management TOT course (Training of Trainers) provides you with strategies and resources needed to conduct effective training sessions with high confidence. The course also teaches you the techniques and skills that will enable you to deliver persuasive and productive and powerful presentations.

Mr. Yateen Gharat
Mr. Yateen Gharat is CEO of corporate and outbound training (Senior OBT Facilitator) in “Outdoor Adventure Management” organization as senior facilitative trainer. He spent over 10 years in the corporate world in sales/marketing; human resource and training before moving on to his passion in leadership development and training. His quest for personal excellence led him to master the skills of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
As a master practitioner, Yateen breathes and lives NLP- governing his life and action. Mr. Gharat is recently certified as IAF certified Professional Facilitator- CPF from international Association of facilitators. He is also a certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type indicator (MBTI); an ACC certified Performance Enhancement Coach.

Training Fees
The training cost will be of NRs. 28,000 /- exclusive of VAT which includes training fee, stationery, training materials, 2 times Tea/ Coffee, one time lunch and training certification.
Group Discount: 10% for 4 and more participants
Cancellation
The cancellation of participation should be informed by 28th November, 2018 – 5 pm. If any participant does not appear without any prior cancellation notice, full charge shall be levied on the client.
Certificate
