Efficient Teller Training

Bank tellers are solely responsible for the money that flows in and out of their stations. They must verify customer identities in terms of big cash amount. Apart from this, it is the teller’s job to tell customers about their institutions’ additional financial products such as certificates of deposit, car loans, etc. The job of a teller is stressful and challenging as at the end of the day, the teller should report the supervisor about the total transaction and balance all denomination and cash.

In this training, participants will learn to deliver their job duties smartly without much stress. In this course, we have included how to respond effectively to difficult situations; understand the cross-selling opportunities provided by daily transactions; distinguish between genuine and counterfeit currency; avoid balancing errors; conduct proper procedures during a robbery, fire or other emergency; explain the Currency Transaction Report; describe endorsement types and their individual features; and utilize negotiability and security measures to prevent check fraud.
