Overview
A performance management is a regular review of an employee’s job performance and overall contribution to the company. Also known as an “annual review,” “performance review or evaluation,” or “employee appraisal,” a performance appraisal evaluates an employee’s skills, achievements and growth, or lack thereof. Companies use performance appraisals to give employees big-picture feedback on their work and to justify pay increases and bonuses, as well as termination decisions. They can be conducted at any given time but tend to be annual, semi-annual or quarterly.
Performance management training can mean different things for different roles, but always focuses on teaching managers how to accomplish or facilitate work through others, and how to direct and develop their employees. Our two-day practical and engaging workshop will help the participants to learn about the tools like SMART goal setting, conducting effective performance conversations, performance reviews and feedback, and linking the process to other processes of the organization. The participants will be exposed to the best practice methods and can implement and manage the performance of their organization under the supervision and instruction of high-profiled resource person.
