The topic incorporates the conceptual frameworks to set strategy, improve the quality of thinking and decision making to lead effectively.

The program is aimed to cater senior management, who play leadership roles in their organization and to individuals who are expected to effectively lead their teams and align their team with goals and visions of an institution.

Cancellation: The cancellation of participation should be informed by 20th February 2018 (48 hours prior) to the training day.

Certification: A certificate of participation will be rewarded to those who fully attend the program
