Labour Act Redefined

The dynamics of Nepalese labor market are set to change once the bill of New Labour Act 2074 gets formal seal from the President of Nepal. With a need to ensure laborer’s rights, benefits and facilities, and maintaining healthy relation between workers and employers, the new Labour bill has been introduced. It is compulsory to any organization to know have knowledge about the bill of Labour Act and Security Act to maintain smooth working environment.
